Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LOKARELA handles information when you use the application.

1. Project data

Facility names, dimensions, relationships, flows, layouts, and reports are processed in your browser and stored locally on your device by default. LOKARELA does not upload project contents to its server unless a future feature clearly asks for your consent.

2. License activation

When a premium module is activated or verified, LOKARELA may send the license code, product or module identifier, a device identifier, activation status, and basic request metadata to the licensing service. Project contents are not required for license verification.

3. External services

Links to Google Drive, Payhip, Firebase, or other services are governed by their respective privacy policies. LOKARELA does not control those services.

4. Local storage and deletion

You can remove locally stored LOKARELA data through the application's new-project/reset controls or your browser's site-data settings. Export a project backup before clearing browser data if it is still needed.

5. Data sharing and security

  • LOKARELA does not sell or rent personal information.
  • You are responsible for securing your device, browser profile, license code, and exported project files.
  • No internet transmission or local storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Scope and updates

LOKARELA is a decision-support tool and does not provide certification, official audit decisions, or legal guarantees. This policy may be updated as features and legal requirements evolve.
